We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
Availability of items is subject to change without notice. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.

3. Pricing & Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal.
Payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received & verified.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends & holidays.
Estimated delivery times vary by location. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting contact@indusparis.com.
After processing, orders cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable cases.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order.
For damaged products received, customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the products back.

7. European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (France)

If your order is shipped to France (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds for EU orders will be issued after the item is returned in its original condition.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Indus Paris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of jewelry.
Indus Paris reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.indusparis.com including product designs, images, text, and branding, is intellectual property of INDUS Paris.
