Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@indusparis.com with your order number in the subject line.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

  • Any order that has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • Pre-orders or custom-made items (if applicable).

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
