RETURNS

Returns Conditions:

  • Upon receiving your orders you will have 14 days to return your orders.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition when submitting a claim.
  • If you are returning the entire order, any complimentary items received must also be returned.
  • Any item that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and you will be required to provide a return shipping label at your own expense.
  • In case of damaged parcel or product, claims must be made within 48hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • This policy does not cover minor color variations due to screen differences or slight design modifications.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsbility of a client. 

Request Process for Returns:

Please contact us at contact@indusparis.com for making any returns. We will guide you to make it happen.

In case of Damaged or defective items,
Include the following in your email:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item.

In case of incorrect items,
  • Replacement: We will arrange for a new, correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method. 
  • You do not need to return the item.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

No Returns Without Approval:

Please do not send any returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items returned without prior communication or approval.
Items showing signs of wear or use.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages:

We do not offer refunds or returns if an incorrect address was provided or if the package was not received on time and was returned to us.


*European Union (EU)14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union( France), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You requested to make a return.
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product sent).
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences or slight design modifications.
  • Items returned without prior approval or used/worn items.
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@indusparis.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once we review and approve your request, we will proceed with one of the following:

1. Incorrect Items:

  • Replacement: A new, correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost after verification.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@indusparis.com

Web Credit Terms (if applicable)

  • Web credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Web credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
