1. What are your shipping & delivery times?

  • Standard Shipping : 1-3 business days. (excluding weekends & bank holidays)
  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days. 
    Delivery times may vary based on location, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control. So please understand. 

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: 10€ (FRANCE)
  • International Shipping: 15€ 

3. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.*(except france) We only process returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 

Please understand that it takes a lot for us to manage as a small business. However, we are planning to accomodate this in near future. 

4. How do I request a return or replacement for a defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Email us at contact@indusparis.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Are sale items eligible for return or refund?

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, you can request web credit of the same value as your purchase, valid for 6 months on our website.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing may have begun.

7. Who pays for return shipping? (If applicable)

For approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), return shipping instructions will be provided. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

8. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?

For orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, there are thresholds which do not require you to pay anything by client. here are the thresholds.

🇫🇷 France

  • Orders under €150: VAT is included at checkout; no additional fees at delivery.
  • Orders above €150: VAT and customs duties apply, payable by the customer upon delivery.

🇸🇬 Singapore

  • Orders under SGD 400 (~€300): No VAT or duties apply.
  • Orders above SGD 400: 7% GST applies, payable by the customer upon delivery.

🇭🇰 Hong Kong

  • All orders: No VAT or customs duties apply. Enjoy tax-free shopping!

🇯🇵 Japan

  • Orders under JPY 10,000 (~€60): No import tax applies.
  • Orders above JPY 10,000: Customers may be required to pay VAT and duties, based on customs regulations.

🇰🇷 South Korea

  • Orders under KRW 150,000 (~€115): No VAT or duties apply.
  • Orders above KRW 150,000: 10% VAT + possible customs duties, payable by the customer.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Orders under $800 USD: No VAT or duties apply.
  • Orders above $800 USD: Customs duties may apply, payable by the customer.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Orders under CAD 40 (~€30): No taxes apply.
  • Orders between CAD 40 - CAD 150 (~€115): Customers may need to pay VAT (GST/HST).
  • Orders above CAD 150: VAT + customs duties apply, payable by the customer.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order from here.

10. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48hours) at contact@indusparis.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Q: Will I need to pay VAT or customs duties on my order?

This depends on the country you are ordering from. Below are the tax & duty thresholds for our key shipping destinations:

🇫🇷 France

  • Orders under €150: VAT is included at checkout; no additional fees at delivery.
  • Orders above €150: VAT and customs duties apply, payable by the customer upon delivery.

🇸🇬 Singapore

Q: What if my order exceeds the tax-free threshold?

  • Any applicable taxes or duties on orders exceeding the specified thresholds will be calculated by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend you to break the order into tax-free thresholds to avoid customs & duties.
