1. What are your shipping times?
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

Please note: Processing time is 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control. So please understand.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping: 9€.
- Express Shipping: 15€ (if available).
- Free Shipping: For orders above 90€.
3. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We only process returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please understand that it takes a lot for us to manage as a small business.
4. How do I request a return or replacement for a defective item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Email us at contact@indusparis.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Are sale items eligible for return or refund?
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, you can request web credit of the same value as your purchase, valid for 6 months on our website.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing may have begun.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), return shipping instructions will be provided. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
8. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
10. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@indusparis.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will resolve the issue promptly.
